What Youll Do :

  • Lead by Example : As Sous Chef, youll manage kitchen standards, lead shifts, and set the tone for our team.
  • Collaborate : Work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to create high-end small plates and entrees, paired with a carefully curated cocktail menu.
  • Maintain Standards : Uphold excellence in kitchen cleanliness, organization, and overall operation.
