Job Description

We are seeking skilled forklift operators who will be responsible for supplying assemblers with materials for production and transporting completed parts to shipping for delivery. The role may also involve working in the shipping / receiving area to load trucks with completed parts ready for shipment. Candidates must be proficient in operating both high reach stand-up and sit-down forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Supply assemblers with necessary materials for production.
• Transport completed parts to the shipping department for delivery.
• Work in the shipping / receiving area to load trucks with completed parts.
• Operate high reach stand-up and sit-down forklifts safely and effectively.

Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and customer-focused, with tight quarters requiring a strong attention to safety. The facility is not climate-controlled, resulting in warm conditions in the summer and cooler conditions in the winter. It is a union environment, where candidates will be expected to pay union dues.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.69 - $19.69 / hr.
