Position Title : Houseman

Location : Malibu, CA (Broad Beach)

Schedule : Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Compensation : $45-$50 / hour + 2 weeks paid vacation, paid holidays, and additional benefits

Household : Family of 4 + 1 friendly dog

Property : 10,000 sq. ft. private residence

Overview :

A HNW family in Malibu is seeking a professional, experienced Houseman to oversee the daily upkeep and smooth functioning of their 10,000 sq. ft. home. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, meticulous, and organized, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach. This is a hands-on role working closely with two housekeepers and additional household staff and coordinating with outside vendors to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Daily maintenance and cleaning of the exterior of the residence and property including window cleaning and cleaning the outdoor furniture
• Light handyman duties
• Assist Housekeepers as needed
• Work with vendors / contractors
• Seasonal and rotational cleaning projects
• Report any maintenance issues or necessary repairs proactively
