Our client, a growing consumer products company headquartered in San Francisco, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planning & Production Coordinator. Key Responsibilities :
Maintain item registration, ingredient costs, and production information in internal systems.Schedule production and coordinate necessary raw materials for co-packers.Reconcile inventory of raw materials and ensure adequate inventory levels for co-packed items.Ensure receipt of Certificates of Analysis (COA) and maintain accurate records.Communicate and resolve billing or payment issues with co-packers, vendors, and other external partners.Review vendor and co-packer invoices for accuracy.Review product labels and maintain proper documentation.Maintain internal spreadsheets for scanned label information.Collaborate across production, transportation, and warehousing teams to resolve operational issues.Provide excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders, including negotiation and complaint handling when necessary.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree preferred.1-2 years related experience, ideally in inventory, supply chain, logistics, or the food & beverage distribution industry.Strong project / scheduling management skills.Basic PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Fast learner, detail-oriented, and highly organized.Inventory management, supply chain, and logistics.Food & beverage distribution or co-packing environment.Experience with vendor coordination and production scheduling.Ability to follow through consistently and maintain priorities.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with familiarity in record-keeping systems.Excellent telephone and written communication skills.Salary :
