Join our dynamic Tax team, where strategic thinking meets operational excellence. As a Senior Manager, Tax, you’ll lead a high‑performing group responsible for delivering accurate and timely tax provision reporting in accordance with ASC 740. Our team drives the quarterly and annual tax accounting close process, ensuring compliance across federal, state, local, and international jurisdictions—including foreign GAAP filings. Remote / Hybrid.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead the completion of quarterly and annual tax provision in accordance with ASC 740
• Drive tax accounting close process and timely data gathering and reporting
• Oversee federal, state, local, and international tax filings including foreign GAAP returns
• Complete tax projects such as R&D tax credit, Sec. 174, Sec. 382 analyses
• Prepare forecasted income taxes and cash tax payment analysis
• Manage income tax audits and respond to notices from tax authorities
• Assist with implementation of transfer pricing, tax planning and optimization strategies
• Collaborate with teams across the business to improve systems and processes
• Champion Tax across the business and with leadership

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $139,000 – $209,000. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
