About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with SHP, you’ll deliver patient-centered care in a secure, team-based environment. Responsibilities include :

Providing direct patient care and education

Assisting providers with assessments and treatment plans

Monitoring chronic and acute conditions

Managing medication administration and documentation

Responding to emergencies and following established protocols

You’ll work closely with providers and correctional staff to ensure quality healthcare delivery within the facility.
