About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Shift : Day 4x10-Hour; Day 3x12-Hour

Hours per Shift : 10 - 12 hours

Experience : 2 years of Operating Room RN experience

License : Valid compact or state nursing license

Certifications : BCLS certification, EPIC experience

Must-Have :

• Experience in Level 1 trauma centers
• Extensive scrub experience
• Charge RN experience preferred

Description :

Join a team in a Level 1 Trauma Operating Room.

Perform a variety of surgeries, including General, Robotic, Laparoscopic, Trauma, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spinal, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Burns, Urology, GYN, and Transplant.

Provide care during surgical procedures.

Circulate and scrub, focusing on Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spine, and General Surgery cases.

Work closely with the surgical team.

Maintain patient records in EPIC.

Daily census includes 45-50 surgical procedures.

The operating room consists of 18 surgical rooms.

Call hours are Monday through Friday from 2100-0630.

Weekend call includes shifts from 0630-1900 and 1900-0630.

Adhere to a strict compliance deadline for credentialing processes.

Candidates must complete fingerprinting as soon as possible after being booked.

Reference requirements include two professional references, one being from a formal leadership capacity.

No coworker references accepted.
