Inpatient Hospital Biller

MBOS Inc.'s passion and purpose is to increase revenue and lower A / R aging for hospitals and physicians through superior revenue cycle management.

We are seeking a hands-on, expert inpatient hospital biller with deep experience in UB04 billing. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in inpatient hospital billing and knowledgeable in physician billing (a strong plus). This individual should bring not only technical expertise, but also a genuine passion for revenue cycle excellence and a commitment to mentoring and strengthening our organization. This is an in office position.

Job Duties include :

• Detail understanding of rejections and denial reasons and ability to document and provide training curriculum to staff members
• Prepare, review, and re-submit UB04 inpatient hospital claims accurately and timely
• Manage end-to-end claim processing, including follow-up and resolution of denials and underpayments
• Ensure compliance with payer guidelines, federal / state regulations, and hospital billing protocols.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing processes, maximize collections, and reduce A / R days.
• Assist with physician billing (1500 / HCFA) when needed.
• Share expertise and actively contribute to a culture of continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications :

Hands-on experience in inpatient hospital billing (UB04 required).

Solid understanding of insurance requirements, payer portals, and claim submission processes.

Experience with physician / professional billing strongly preferred.

Proficiency with hospital billing systems, clearinghouses, and denial management workflows.

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and dedicated to producing accurate results.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
