Quick Hiring : Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do : Oversee the daily delivery of high-quality, person-centered services in accordance with Minnesota Statute 245D and R&M Welty, Inc. policies.Ensure compliance, staff supervision, documentation accuracy, health and safety oversight, and maintain smooth operations at assigned sites.Serve as the key liaison among the persons served, staff, guardians, case managers, and the administrative team. What You'll Need :
Must be 18 years or older. Must meet Minnesota 245D Designated Coordinator qualifications. High school diploma or GED.Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in direct care and 50 hours of relevant training.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Proficient in documentation, communication, organization and time management. Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team while upholding person-centered and professional standards.
