A family-owned and operated wholesale nursery is looking for an Experienced Production Manager to join their team. Qualified candidates must have a background in greenhouse growing with a focus on bedding plants and flowers. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria :

3+ years of greenhouse growing experience

Experience with both perennial and annual bedding plants and flowers

Full knowledge of fertilizers, chemicals, feed, and water scheduling

Detailed oriented and comfortable working alongside the company owners

Able to maintain professional relationships with clients and adhere to the company's code of ethics
