• Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled

• Technician, Finishing
• to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the premium look and durability of our products. The primary responsibility is the
• application of spray coatings
• —including sealants, lacquers, and paints—on custom dovetail drawers.
• Key Responsibilities
• Apply spray finishes (sealants, lacquers, and paints) to drawers and custom wood components.
• Ensure even coverage, smooth finishes, and consistent quality across all products.
• Maintain spray equipment and work area for safe and efficient operation.
• Inspect finished parts to meet quality control standards.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
• Requirements
• Must have prior experience spraying finishes
• (professional or industrial).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
• Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
• Experience spraying finishes
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes and safety regulations in a production setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
