Responsibilities

Plan and book customized vacation packages (flights, cruises, resorts, tours, and more)

Research destinations and experiences that align with client preferences and budgets

Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after travel

Stay up-to-date on travel trends, promotions, and supplier offerings

Use approved booking tools and systems to manage reservations accurately

Communicate effectively via phone, email, and virtual meetings

Maintain organized documentation and follow up promptly with clients

Qualifications

Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service preferred (not required)

Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills

Comfortable using computers, online platforms, and digital tools
