Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in education preferred

Prior experience working in a classroom or youth-focused setting

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to follow instructional direction and maintain confidentiality

Experience supporting students with special or diverse learning needs preferred

Responsibilities :

Assist teachers in implementing daily lessons and classroom activities

Provide individualized or small group academic and behavioral support

Reinforce classroom expectations and positive student behavior

Prepare instructional materials and maintain classroom organization

Supervise students during transitions, lunch, and recess

Support students’ social and emotional growth in a safe learning space
