Position Summary

The 3rd Shift Warehouse Supervisor leads overnight operations, closing out the day's workload and setting the floor for morning readiness. This shift is responsible for loading trucks, final QC, and completing any outstanding work in picking, putaway, or cycle counting. With a leaner team and fewer distractions, this role ensures the last details are handled with precision. The overnight supervisor must manage deadlines for load-outs while supporting overflow work from earlier shifts and completing time-sensitive projects that support operational continuity. This is a trusted leadership role suited for someone comfortable working independently and holding high standards in a quiet, deadline-driven environment.
