Job Title: Beauty and Wellness Sales Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our spa team. The Beauty and Wellness Sales Consultant will assist guests, explain available treatments, and support clients in choosing the best services for their needs. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people and has an interest in beauty, wellness, or customer care.
Responsibilities
Welcome clients and provide helpful, professional assistance
Share information about services, packages, and promotions
Support membership conversations and encourage service selections
Manage appointments and basic front desk tasks
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting spa environment
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, positive attitude with a focus on customer service
Ability to work well in a team setting
Experience in sales, beauty, or wellness is a plus but not required
