Job Title : Marketing Project Manager

Location : 1701 John F Kennedy Boulevard Philadelphia PA

Work Schedule : Hybrid - 4x onsite, 1 day remote

Pay Rate : $50 / hr W2 + optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)

Duration of Contract : 3-months w / potential for extension and permanent placement

Responsibilities :

• Plan, coordinate, and manage consumer marketing projects within the Growth & Engagement portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, utilizing tools such as Salesforce and Jira to track progress and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and technical stakeholders, to execute campaigns and initiatives on time and within scope.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks or issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key metrics to senior management and senior stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
• Support process improvements by leveraging data from Salesforce and Jira, while driving standardization and efficiency across project workflows.
