We are seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join our private, democratic group in Iowa City, Iowa . This opportunity offers a clear partnership track, equitable scheduling, and excellent work-life balance in a thriving Midwest community.

• Independent Contractor status (malpractice included)
• Equitable scheduling with night shift differential

• 8.5-hour shifts with sustainable patient volumes (~1.6 patients / hour)
