REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR INVENTORY PLANNING LEAD

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field

3+ years of experience in supply or demand planning (CPG / household products preferred)

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Solid understanding of forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP processes

Bonus Points For :

Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus) and master data management

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to thrive both independently and in a fast-paced team environment

Sharp problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail

YOUR DAY AS OUR INVENTORY PLANNING LEAD

When you join our household cleaning products company as a remote Inventory Planning Lead, your day starts with diving into sales data and market trends to fine-tune demand forecasts for our line of dish pods and cleaning essentials. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to align promotional activities and new product launches with projected needs. From there, you translate these insights into a well-balanced supply plan, taking into account production capacity, lead times, and inventory goals. Your attention then shifts to managing safety stock levels, ensuring that both finished goods and raw materials are available when needed, keeping our shelves stocked and our customers satisfied.
