The File Clerk is responsible for handling tolls and violations for rental and fleet clients in a high-volume processing environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality, accurate work. The Processing Specialist will communicate with clients via email and phone, process payments through online platforms, and research missing details to ensure timely and effective resolutions.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Sort, research, and process various paper notices and other documentation.
• Provide clear and concise communication with internal and external clients via email and phone.
• Research tolls and violations to determine resolution status (e.g., paying, disputing, changing liability, refunding).
• Review and audit processes, providing professional and constructive feedback to agents.
• Maintain process documentation and tracking for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist leadership with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications :

Pay Details : $16.00 to $16.50 per hour
