CNC Mill Machinist

We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist with over 5 years of experience in multi-axis machining, specifically working with large parts and long cycle times. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in machining materials such as aluminum, titanium, Inconel, and stainless steel, with precision measuring to 1 / 1000th of an inch.

Responsibilities :

Set up and operate CNC milling machines for multi-axis machining.

Ensure precision in machining large parts with long cycle times.

Read and interpret blueprints for accurate machine setup.

Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on machinery as needed.

Utilize M code and G code for programming and operations.

Conduct inspection and quality control using calipers and micrometers.

Collaborate with the team to maintain production schedules.

Essential Skills :

Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC multi-axis machining.

Proficiency in measuring materials to 1 / 1000th of an inch.

Strong in machining aluminum, titanium, Inconel, and stainless steel.

Experience in reading blueprints and machine setup.

Expertise in using m code, g code, and performing machining inspections.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Claremore, OK.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
