Logistics Manager

Our established manufacturing client is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee daily operations across transportation, warehousing, and material flow. This role will lead a small team of five (5) and focus on optimizing logistics performance, ensuring reliability, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a logistics team responsible for transportation, shipping, and warehouse operations.
• Manage freight and carrier coordination, shipment scheduling, and related system transactions.
• Oversee warehouse activities involving raw materials and finished goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Support daily operations and provide hands-on assistance when needed to maintain service levels.
• Champion process improvement initiatives and system enhancements across logistics functions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align logistics strategy with production and customer requirements.
