Allstate Customer Service Representative
I am seeking an enthusiastic, well organized, motivated customer service representative who will fit into our culture. We are a high producing insurance agency, and we work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Provide excellent and top-notch CSR support, relationship building, reviewing insurance policies with clients to make sure they are protected from financial devastation.
- Handle complaints, present appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data given.
- Verify new customers coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork.
- Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies.
- Develop cross-sells, identify customer needs, and transfer to the sales team.
- Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
Job Requirements
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Prior Customer Service Experience of at least 1 years required.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- South Carolina Property & Casualty license with the ability to pass a criminal background check.
