About the Role

The Company is seeking an AVP / VP of Strategic Alliances to lead the development of high-impact partnerships with top-tier academic institutions and leading private-sector innovators in health tech, wound care, and biotech. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, securing, and nurturing long-term alliances that drive co-development, research, commercialization, and thought leadership. This role requires a visionary connector with a proven track record in strategic partnerships, business development, or academic relations within the relevant fields. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical research, FDA pathways, and tech transfer, and will be adept at managing relationships across diverse stakeholder agendas. Key responsibilities for the AVP / VP of Strategic Alliances include strategic relationship development, innovation pipeline and research development, brand and ecosystem engagement, and business alignment. The role demands a professional with over 10 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), and a passion for scientific discovery and its translation into real-world patient outcomes. The candidate should be energized by collaborative value creation, and be able to establish and maintain executive-level relationships. The position is remote, full-time, and based in the United States, with a flexible work schedule and some travel requirements.
