Night Retail Construction Superintendent Job Overview

The Night Retail Superintendent works closely with the project manager to ensure that projecst are completed on time and within budget. On a day-to-day basis, this role may :

• Supervise construction workers and subcontractors - including carpenters, electricians and other trades - to ensure smooth project process.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, property management, teams and the design team.
• Monitor construction activities to enforce safety standards and protocols.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations.

The Night Superintendent is responsible for overseeing field staff and contractors on the job site. This role includes planning, managing and executing construction efforts at the site. Below are the critical tasks of the position :

Compensation Range and Benefits.

$95,000-$125,000 annually. Compensation is offered based on work history, years of experience, professional achievements and other nondiscriminatory metrics and factors. This is a full-time, on-site role.
