We're looking for an exceptional Director of Product Management to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for our Cloud Infrastructure Platform – the foundation that powers our next generation of AI‑driven applications. This leader will oversee a team of talented Product Managers building scalable, secure, and high‑performance compute and storage solutions that are the bedrock of our cloud platform. As a product leader, you will craft and shape the strategy for the future state of our cloud solutions. You will also coach, mentor, and lead a team of Product Managers responsible for the infrastructure platform, from structured to unstructured data storage solutions, distributed compute orchestration to cost optimization, auto‑scaling, networking and workload observability.

The position reports to the VP of Product Management.

Job Description and Requirements

The portfolio for this role oversees :

• Set Strategic Direction : Define the long‑term roadmap for our cloud infrastructure ecosystem that supports training, fine‑tuning, and inference workloads across multiple domains.
• Drive Platform Excellence : Partner with Engineering and Infrastructure teams to design systems that are elastic, efficient, and built for scale – enabling rapid experimentation and reliable production deployments.
• Champion Developer Productivity and User Experience : Deliver tools, APIs, and abstractions that empower internal teams to build and deploy AI applications faster and with confidence.
• Collaborate Cross‑Functionally : Work closely with peers across product, engineering, security, and finance to ensure alignment between platform capabilities and business needs.
• Measure and Optimize : Define key success metrics for adoption, performance, efficiency, and reliability – and drive continuous improvement through data‑driven prioritization.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long‑term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between $188,000 and $282,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
