A company is looking for a Ticketing & Revenue Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Design and lead revenue strategies to maximize ticket yield and per-guest spend
Monitor conversion metrics and collaborate with marketing / tech to reduce drop-off and cart abandonment
Oversee ticketing platform configuration and integrate ticketing with CRM, POS, and membership modules
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in ticketing, admissions, revenue, or guest operations
Proven success in increasing ticket sales through pricing and conversion strategies
Deep fluency with ticketing systems such as Accesso or Tessitura
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools
Experience managing sales or guest-facing teams
