Field Service Engineer
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for commissioning UPS, batteries and PDU at a specified customer site following predetermined script. Provide accurate and timely communication to internal and external customers. Keep current on Safety Field Change Notices and Service Tips.

Requirements
1 year of team lead experience5+ years' experience in this field and ability to follow MOPS on equipment such as UPS, batteries, PDU's / Power Distribution Units, Static Automatic Transfer Switches, Branch Circuit Monitoring, and other electrical equipmentWorking knowledge of OHM\'s law and electronic theory3 phase / 480v experience requiredFamiliarity with electrical / electronic test equipment and fundamentalsAbility to read and interpret electrical line diagrams and blueprintsAbility to evaluate the operating conditions of equipmentStandard computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, and ExcelMechanical aptitudeClear, concise, written and verbal communication skillsAbility to interact comfortably with all levels of internal and external customersMust have the ability and self-motivation to manage one\'s own schedulePhysical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, up to 40lbsAbility to climb ladders and multiple flights of stairs to access elevated equipmentAbility to stand for long periods of time in various work environmentsAbility to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for equipment related tasksBasic physical fitness to respond quickly to emergency situations and navigate areas quicklyAbility to move quickly and efficiently within various work environments to troubleshoot issues or respond to emergenciesGood hand-eye coordination and dexterity for working with small components and connectorsClear vision, with or without correction, to perform tasks requiring attention to detail and precision while wearing safety glassesAbility to differentiate between coded warning signs, labels, and cablesAbility to work in environments with a wide variety of temperatures inside a facilityAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, rain, or snowCapability to work in environments with elevated noise levels while wearing hearing protectionPossession of a valid driver's license for work-related travel, as requiredGrowth and Opportunities
