About the Role
Harman Software Products operation teams provide ongoing maintenance and 24 / 7 support to our customers in the automotive industry. The team consists of highly technical engineers working on complex architectures and cloud deployments.
As an Application Engineering Subject Matter, you will own strategic accounts, demonstrate high levels of technical expertise and work closely with customers and engineering teams to provide top-of-class service.
What You Will Do
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain high customer satisfactionProvide hands-on customer support and ticket handlingOwn and lead complex technical problems and escalationsWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of applicationsContinuously monitor and enhance application performance, reliability, and scalabilityActively participate in the requirements and architecture processBe part of the on-call rotation to provide 24 / 7 supportWhat You Need to Be Successful
B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or equivalent10+ years of experience in the software industry, in customer-oriented rolesStrong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Linux : Proficiency in Linux system administration, including scripting abilitiesWeb and server architecture : In-depth understanding of web technologies and server architecture, including deployment and maintenanceNetworking architecture : Comprehensive knowledge of networking principles and hands-on experience with network configuration and troubleshootingDatabase management : Ability to read and manage databases, including SQL and NoSQL databasesExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAnalytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process optimizationExperience in managing and supporting customers from different regionsExcellent customer service communication skills in EnglishAbility to work flexible hours according to customers' needsAbility to work independently and take initiativeAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and customersBonus Points if You Have

Salary Ranges : $ 87,750 - $ 128,700
