Description :
We are seeking a Qualtrics Tech Lead to oversee the design, development, and management of our Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) platform. This role will focus on driving technical implementations, ensuring platform scalability, and leading a team to deliver data-driven insights that enhance customer and employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the technical design and governance of the Qualtrics platform.
- Translate business requirements into advanced survey, workflow, and dashboard solutions.
- Oversee integration of Qualtrics with enterprise systems (CRM, HRIS, BI tools).
- Develop best practices, standards, and optimization strategies for platform usage.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical leadership to team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and actionable reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Strong hands-on experience with Qualtrics design, automation, and integrations.Proficiency in survey logic, API usage, and workflows.Experience in leading teams and managing end-to-end implementations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
