Role Overview :

Documentation & Communications Program Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic professional to lead documentation infrastructure and communications initiatives across our team. This role is responsible for designing and maintaining scalable systems that support knowledge management, internal and external communications, and executive-level engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Document Repository Management

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of centralized document repositories
• Evaluate and implement appropriate tools to support team workflows
• Develop and enforce best practices for file organization, naming conventions, and folder hierarchies
• Conduct regular audits of shared drives (e.g., Google Drive) to identify outdated content
• Establish and manage archival processes to ensure long-term accessibility and relevance

Location : Redmond, WA (Onsite / Hybrid)
