• Blueprint Interpretation : Read and follow detailed technical instructions to ensure products meet exact specifications.
• Quality Control : Inspect, test, and adjust assembled components to guarantee flawless operation and meet quality standards.
• Maintenance Support : Perform routine maintenance on assembly tools and promptly report equipment issues to keep production flowing.
• Safety Focus : Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering strictly to safety protocols.
• Team Collaboration : Work alongside machine operators, quality control, and supervisors to meet production goals and improve processes.
• Problem Solving : Identify and troubleshoot assembly challenges, contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
