What You'll Do

Community Engagement : Build relationships and educate families on pre-need planning.

Appointment Setting & Presentations : Schedule appointments and deliver impactful pre-planning presentations.

Contract Management : Complete contracts accurately using Navigator, our proprietary software.

Sales Tracking & Performance : Monitor activities and metrics to maximize your results.

Professional Follow-Up : Utilize Velocify to manage contacts and ensure timely outreach.

Lead Generation : Prospect using cold calling, door knocking, mailers, seminars, and community events.

Exceptional Service : Provide outstanding customer service with a positive, "whatever it takes" attitude.

Continuous Learning : Stay informed about veterans' benefits, Social Security, and end-of-life planning.

What We're Looking For

Preferred :

2+ years of direct or in-home sales experience

2+ years of public speaking and presentation experience

Required :

High energy, enthusiasm, and positivity

Strong written / verbal communication and interpersonal skills

High emotional intelligence

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Skilled in consultative selling and trust-building

Effective group presentation abilities

Strong relationship-building skills within the community

Basic math skills

Confidence and compassion in challenging situations

Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and satisfactory driving record
