Job description

A company is looking for a Contact Center Associate 2 to support patient-centered care and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Delivers high-level patient service and assists in identifying issues in care provision

Acts as a subject matter expert and trains new agents in scheduling and registration

Schedules and registers patients for appointments while providing information about services

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

General knowledge of office procedures and operations

Ability to handle difficult situations with professional composure

Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships
