Manufacturing Engineering Technician

We provide OEM customers with extensive engineering support and exceptionally high levels of quality and service. With steady growth and a second factory under construction in the Morrison Industrial Park, this is a great time to join our team.

What Youll Do

As part of the engineering team, Manufacturing Engineering Technicians are embedded in production cells to provide hands-on technical support. Key responsibilities

Supporting assembly and test operations within a manufacturing cell.

Partnering with operators, supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams to maximize efficiency and quality.

Training new operators and providing routine technical support.

Becoming highly skilled in complex operations such as CNC winding, resistance welding, and injection molding.

Working with robotics as cells become increasingly automated.

Monitoring operations and troubleshooting issues in real time.

Collaborating with engineers on new program launches, process development, and operator documentation.

What Were Looking For

Associates degree (or equivalent technical training) required.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Manufacturing experience preferred.

Conscientious, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team-based environment.

Interest in continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing practices.
