About the Role

StormTrap, an industry leader in stormwater management solutions, has an opening for a Project Manager in our Southeast Region. This is a terrific opportunity for a talented technical operations development professional to join a growing group of committed teammates providing stormwater / construction management solutions to developers, municipalities, engineers and construction professionals.

The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination of StormTrap products with contractor / client and precast manufacturer, strategic allocation and management of forming assets and associated appurtenances as well as the cultivation and maintenance of precast manufacturer relationships. This position also inherits onsite project responsibility from our Sales team shortly after proposal agreement to ensure customer satisfaction through the end of the job installation. Our operations process warrants our Project Management and Sales teams to work together and collectively provide our stakeholders (civil engineers, developers, municipalities and site work / utility contractors) the best industry solution and experience.

Region

The geographical region defined internally as the "Southeast" territory includes but not limited to FL, MS, AL, GA, SC, NC, TN, WV, VA, and MD.

Preferred Location

This opportunity is specific to the Company's Southeast territory with preferable candidates located in the Tampa, Orlando, or Jacksonville Florida areas.

Responsibilities

• Identifying potential manufacturers and managing existing manufacturer relationships; activities include :

Pricing and production scheduling

Onsite preconstruction meetings

Ability to Travel 75% +

Frequent travel is outside the local area and overnight.
