Reports to : VP, Digital Analytics

Location : Boston, MA - Hybrid

Role Purpose : Serve as the strategic lead and key contributor within the digital strategy team, responsible for the development, coordination, and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns. This leader will ensure digital investments drive measurable growth by aligning external execution partners, internal brand / creative teams, and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Digital Campaign Strategy & Coordination

Own the strategy, planning, and coordination of all digital marketing campaigns.

Define and own the test-and-learn roadmap for digital marketing.

Partner with Brand Marketing, Creative, and Finance to align campaign goals, creative needs, budgets, and pacing.

Lead digital channel reporting, providing timely and accurate visibility into spend, performance, and ROI.

Act as the internal point person for managing and prioritizing work with external digital partners.
