Children's Health is seeking a visionary Senior Director, Talent, and Organizational Development to partner with the Vice President, Learning and Talent Management to create a Talent Management strategy aligned with Children's Health's mission and vision. What You'll Do
Partner with our VP of Learning and Talent Management to develop comprehensive talent solutions
Shape strategy - Drive results - Implement enterprise talent reviews, succession planning, career pathing, and mentoring programs
Lead teams - Oversee talent development, employee engagement, and enterprise onboarding functions
Influence executives with compelling communication - Present talent strategies to senior leadership with confidence and credibility

What We're Looking For
Experience : 10+ years in HR with deep talent management expertise + 7+ years in leadership roles
Core Competencies :
Education : Graduate or professional work or advanced degree; or equivalent experience required. Master's in industrial / organizational psychology, Organizational Development, or related field required
Certification in learning and / or talent development preferred
