Acqua Bistecca is a restaurant where wood-fired steaks and pristine local seafood take center stage, all through the lens of refined Italian influence. The menu reflects a balance of land and sea—’ACQUA’ and ‘BISTECCA’—celebrating the bounty of the Gulf and the warmth of the grill. From stone crab claws with house-made mustard to delicately charred steak brushed in red Lambrusco butter, each dish is rooted in tradition yet reimagined with elevated, modern touches.

Our Ideal candidate is :

A motivated hospitality professional who is organized, friendly, and passionate. You will be an integral part of our service team and the first point of contact for our guests. You are well-spoken and exude hospitality in person and on the phone. You have amazing attention to detail, work well as part of a team, work well under pressure, and have a strong desire to learn.

What you bring to the table :

• 1-3 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume atmosphere
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience working with Open Table, Seven Rooms, and register POS systems preferred
• Ability to learn and retain information quickly
• Intellectual curiosity
• Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task
• At least 16 years of age
• Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time

Pay Rate - $18.00 / hr. + Tips
