Compensation : $125,000 - $175,000 annually (DOE + bonuses)

Key Responsibilities

• Advise and represent California employers in matters involving state labor and employment laws.
• Handle litigation matters including court appearances, mediations, and depositions.
• Draft and customize employment agreements, policies, and compliance documentation.
• Lead legal strategy and provide counsel with the support of a dedicated team.
• Manage a reasonable caseload that focuses on quality over excessive billable hours.
• Billable Expectation : Full-time attorneys target 1,450 billed and collected hours annually. Origination is not required but is rewarded.
