Job descriptionYou will develop an in depth understanding of our commercial product offering. Supporting internal and external customers with technical commercial issues, quoting for light commercial HVAC equipment and supplies. Superior product selection capabilities with the ability to offer alternative solutions to save energy and cost for our customers. Proactive calls to customer base to drive sales and increase margins. Order entry and shipment tracking where necessary. Post-sale support as required. Facilitate product returns and train customers on warranty processing. Other duties as directed High School Diploma or equivalent 5+ years of commercial HVAC technical knowledge 5+ years of customer service experience Experience supporting the sales team Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software. Strong interpersonal, customer relationship and decision-making skills. Effective and professional communication and organization skills. Strong analytical skills and a positive human relations orientation. Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a drug screen and background check. Candidates who have been offered the position must pass both screenings before their start date.

Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will achieve significant growth by driving the business development and channel expansion of independent distribution partners that allow Johnson Controls, Ducted Systems to achieve sales, margin, and market share goals consistent with the strategic plan.
