The Dasher & Logistics team is responsible for ensuring every delivery is completed with speed, accuracy, and a positive Consumer, Merchant, and Dasher experience. Our Dasher & Logistics owns initiatives that touch all parts of the Dasher life cycle ranging from supply & demand, cost & quality, Dasher pay, Dasher retention, order batching, and beyond. We care about metrics like delivery times, cost per order, dasher compensation, cancellations, missing items, and many more!

About the Role

The Senior Associate, Dasher & Logistics Delivery Excellence Strategy & Operations role is for individuals with an ownership mentality who enjoy tackling complex problems, developing innovative solutions, collaborating across teams, and executing to bring strategies to life. In this role, you will analyze business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and work with cross-functional partners (Internally & Externally) to enhance our operations. You will help ensure we deliver a high-quality experience to all sides of our marketplace, balancing efficiency, cost, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Compensation The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
