Construction Superintendent Ground

Oversee and manage all on site construction activities from start to finish. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel. Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. Enforce all safety regulations and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes. Conduct regular site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain workflow. Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and site logs.

Degree in Construction Management preferred, but not required. 7+ years of ground up, commercial projects (detailed project list required for consideration) Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects from start to finish Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct on-site teams A solid track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards Experience managing subcontractors and ensuring contract compliance Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6. OSHA30

A competitive salary range between $120,000 to $130,000 yearly.
