JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for the planning, execution, and analytics of Marketing teams and campaigns across the 3 NCLH brands.
Drive process efficiencies and maximize the effectiveness of a key marketing channel for the business.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage the day-to-day execution and list pull processes for marketing campaigns globally, including specialty campaigns for Casino, Booked Guests, Market Research and Loyalty.
- Manage marketing automation tools including audience selection, campaign planning, workflow development, and database input quality.
- Continue ongoing initiatives to drive greater automation and efficiency of complex, multifaceted campaigns, including project design, management and execution.
- Create and manage audiences for direct targeting and reporting. Ensure proper usage and execution by creative teams. Provide KPIs, forecasts and strategic guidance.
- Assist in automating and overseeing customer journeys within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform for our internal marketing teams.
- Work with Data Science Team to ensure effective targeting, identifying opportunities for improvement and managing enhancement projects.
- Develop and maintain data standards to be used for marketing campaign purposes; work with business stakeholders to update as needed.
- Develop and maintain reporting suites for all marketing campaigns and related components (eligible audiences, database stats, testing, etc.
manage enhancement processes.
- Collaborate with the digital team and external partners to oversee the process of data onboarding and identification of potential applications for activating new segments within our existing data connectivity platform.
- Work with cross-functional teams (internal and external) to ensure optimized campaign execution and to manage / prioritize queue of enhancement projects requested from teams.
- Serve as liaison to key direct marketing vendors (database, ESP, reporting, print houses, etc.).
- Perform other job-related duties, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
DEGREE TYPE : Bachelor's Degree
FIELD(S) OF STUDY : Marketing
EXPERIENCE :
- 3+ years of work experience in Database Management, Data Analysis, and / or Consumer marketing (Email, Direct Mail).
- Cruise experience preferred.
COMPETENCIES / SKILLS :
- Intermediate level knowledge of relational databases, including table and join structures.
- Working knowledge of analytical and database marketing techniques such as A / B testing, segmentation, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and predictive modeling, Basic SQL Proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to use time effectively and prioritize was well as manage multiple projects with time sensitive deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong analytical skills.
