Base pay range : $75,807.00 / yr - $92,653.00 / yr. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the overall operations of an Equity Residential apartment community, overseeing sales, leasing, and maintenance initiatives.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing property team; conduct regular meetings and performance management.
- Analyze property operations, implement policies for seamless integration, and drive operational excellence.
- Prepare and manage the operating budget; oversee invoicing and company purchases.
- Support marketing, pricing efforts, and monitor sales performance for goal achievement.
- Stay informed on market conditions to support strategic decision-making.
- Build connections with residents through community events and activities.
What You'll Need To Thrive
Experience in residential or commercial property management, hospitality, or retail.Customer service and sales experience.High School diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation if required for the role.Computer literacy and effective written and oral English communication skills.Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends; ability to respond to emergencies after hours.Note on device use : employees may need to use their own smartphone for work purposes with appropriate security compliance.Ability to use computers effectively and read written communications. Physical ability to lift up to 15 pounds; may require climbing stairs depending on property structure.Employees are eligible for performance bonuses.Qualifications
