Overview
Club Elite / Club Fitness is transforming the fitness and wellness landscape with cutting-edge technology, elite amenities, and a rapidly expanding network of clubs across the St. Louis region. We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Managerto lead our paid digital advertising and CRM strategy across multiple platforms and channels.
This role is designed for an experienced marketer with deep HubSpot CRM expertise, expert-level knowledge in Meta and Google Ads, and strong hands-on experience across programmatic, emerging platforms, and CRM-driven advertising workflows.
The Digital Marketing Manager - Paid Media & CRMwill own the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting for all paid digital campaigns and CRM programs. This includes Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok Ads, and Programmatic Advertising via StackAdapt.
You will partner closely with the Marketing Director and creative teams to drive high-quality leads, enhance member acquisition, and optimize retention efforts across our club network.
Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities
Paid Digital Advertising
Lead planning, execution, optimization, and reporting for :Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube)TikTok AdsProgrammatic via StackAdaptDevelop full funnel paid media strategies aligned with acquisition and retention goals.Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies across all channels.Build and optimize custom audiences (lookalikes, retargeting, CRM-based, behavioral).Conduct A / B and multivariate tests to improve performance.Collaborate with creative teams to refine messaging, creative assets, and landing pages.CRM Management (HubSpot)
Own HubSpot CRM strategy, automation, segmentation, and reporting.Build workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring models, and communication sequences.Manage email / SMS automation, nurture journeys, and audience segmentation.Ensure effective CRM AdPlatform syncs (Meta & Google) for accurate targeting and attribution.Oversee integration and data flow between HubSpot and external systems.Analytics & Optimization
Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting across all paid and CRM channels.Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and optimization recommendations.Monitor CAC, CPA, ROAS, ROMI, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.Own dashboards across HubSpot, Google Analytics, and ad platforms.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with the Marketing Director to align on digital strategy and performance goals.Partner with creative and operations teams to launch and iterate campaigns.Coordinate with technology partners on tracking, pixel deployment, and integration needs.Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in : Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Data Analytics / Marketing Analytics, or a closely related field.Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experiencewith a heavy focus on paid media.Expert level HubSpot CRM experience(automation, workflows, segmentation, attribution).Advanced hands-on experience running Meta and Google Adsat scale.Experience in TikTok Ads, Programmatic (StackAdapt), or other DSPs.Experience integrating CRM data with ad platforms (HubSpot, Meta / Google syncs).Strong knowledge of tracking, UTMs, pixels, offline conversions, and attribution.Proven ability to manage large budgets and deliver performance-driven results.Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.Experience with subscription, membership, or lead generation funnels.Preferred Qualifications
