About the Position
Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician or ABA Therapist role provides 1-to-1 Applied Behavioral Analysis services to children diagnosed with Autism (ASD). Behavior Technicians or ABA Therapists conduct regular sessions with their assigned client for about 3-4 hours per session. Sessions primarily take place during after school hours in the client's home, Community, and / or at our Center. Our team focuses on assigning cases as locally as possible (usually within 30 minutes) to your home address or regular school / other work location. Training is paid and travel time pay and mileage reimbursements are available (when applicable).
