JOB SUMMARY :

The Facilities Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance activities in a clean manufacturing environment. This includes inspections, calibrations, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of facility systems and manufacturing / laboratory equipment. The technician will serve as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of facility operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs and ISO 13485 requirements. This role is critical in maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable operations within the facility.

• 1. Hands-On Equipment Experience – Direct experience with repair, calibration, and installation of laboratory, electronic, or mechanical systems. Strong troubleshooting mindset with diagnostic tool proficiency.
• 2. Mechanical Aptitude Across Contexts – Ability to adapt mechanical skills across various equipment types and apply sound reasoning to unfamiliar systems.
• 3. Ownership & Accountability – Independent, reliable, and proactive problem solver who follows through on commitments and thrives with minimal supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

QUALIFICATIONS : Education :

High School Diploma required.

Technical degree strongly preferred.

Experience :

2–5+ years of maintenance experience in commercial, manufacturing, or laboratory environments (technical education may substitute for experience).
