Job Title : Customer Service Representative Job Overview : As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline of our company, providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about our products and services. The ideal candidate is a patient, empathetic communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities : Customer Interaction : Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media promptly and professionally.

Issue Resolution : Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a satisfactory resolution. Order Processing : Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.

Documentation : Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Communication : Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and provide feedback on customer concerns and trends.

Customer Feedback : Gather and analyze feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in products, services, and customer experience.

Qualifications : Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and patience.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
