Controller

Our client is a rapidly expanding company seeking a Controller to join their team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF CONTROLLER :

  • Financial Statements : Manage the financial statements ensuring accuracy.
  • Financial Analysis : Conduct in-depth financial analysis of property portfolios to support strategic decision-making.
  • Month-End Close : Manage month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting : Manage & Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities for assigned properties.
  • Audit Support : Manage the preparation for audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

    • QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CONTROLLER :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Hospitality / 5+ years of experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial statement preparation and analysis.

    • Compensation : $120,000 - $140,000 Base
