Job descriptionProvide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and judgment to address issues as they arise. Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the assigned government location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor access points and control entry to restricted areas in accordance with established protocols for government facilities. Document observations, incidents, and activities in detailed reports to support site operations and client requirements. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as directed during incidents or emergencies at the location. Remain alert to potential security-related threats and report any suspicious activity or hazards to the appropriate authorities or site management. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. Security Officer - Armed Government Patrol
As a Security Officer - Armed Government Patrol in Albuquerque, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
